How much does it cost to ship your trees?

We do not have a set shipping amount. Our goal is to give our customers the best shipping rate available. We have several different sizes of trucks and trailers for hauling trees. It is our goal to ship only full loads and to combine tree shipments when possible. In order to get the best shipping rate, let us know ahead of time so that we can add your order with another in that area which will reduce your shipping cost. We also offer free deliver within 25 miles of our nursery for any orders over $2,000.


Do you guarantee your trees?

Garden Gate Nursery strives to ensure that all trees sold will be true to name and in healthy condition when they leave the nursery.  Garden Gate Nursery is prepared to replace or refund the purchase price of any such nursery stock that may, with sufficient proof, be found otherwise. It is mutually agreed that our total liability for any error, should stock prove untrue to name as labeled, or otherwise, shall be limited upon satisfactory proof, to our replacing free or refunding the purchase price thereof. Garden Gate Nursery disclaims any other warranty, as to productiveness or growth, damage incurred through shipping, etc.

Claims for any purpose will be considered only if made within 14 days after delivery of stock.  It is mutually agreed that our total liability will not be greater than the original amount received.  This warranty is not transferable and is void if payment for all nursery stock purchased is not made in full when due.  This warranty is in lieu of all other written or oral, expressed or implied warranties.


When do I need to pay for my products?

To customers with approved credit, we offer terms of Net 30 days.  Customers with no established or approved credit must prepay orders prior to shipping.  A charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance will apply on past due accounts.

Do you offer volume discounts?

We offer volume discounts of 5% for $5,000 and 10% for $10,000 on accounts paid within terms.

Do you offer tours of your facilities?

Garden Gate Nursery is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We are also open on Saturday by appointment. We encourage all of our customers to come and tour our facilities. In order to receive a complete tour with a guide it is preferred that you schedule an appointment. Appointments can be schedule by phone at 509-547-2254 or via email.

Is your inventory list available online?

We caliper our trees regularly throughout the growing season. When we finish we post a new availability list on our website. Because our trees sell quickly it is important that you place your order as soon as you know you are going to need certain trees.
