In 2013, we opened a small nursery in (not so) Boring,Oregon near Portland. Since then, we have started and grown hundreds of container conifer and deciduous trees there.
When we purchased the ground for the nursery, we also got the privilege of buying a farmhouse that was the original owners home for many years. During the first months of our new purchase, we spent a lot of time making the farmhouse a beautiful, five bedroom, two and a half bath vacation home.
We love spending time at our Oregon home, as we call it, and leaving our home open for visitors during much of the year when we’re not there. It is a pleasure to enjoy the quiet mornings and to light a fire in the fireplace. We’ve purposely removed a TV, so our home is a wonderful place to get away from the endless switching of channels and staring at a screen during a getaway.
We wanted to extend a welcome to you to spend some time at the farm with your family this Christmas and New Year’s season. You can book a stay on Vacasa here, or watch a video of the home below. The house is open through the New Year and Christmas!
God bless,
Everett
